The IQMC works best if it has a clear line of site to a cell tower, so we recommend trying to locate the router as close to a window as possible. You may need to move the location if you are having a hard time connecting. Make sure the router is away from other electronics, HVAC units, and other appliances that may cause issues with the incoming signal. If your house has a metal roof, you may want to consider an ancillary antenna to mount outdoors, which someone in on our Customer Service team can help you with. Also, when setting up your Network, you are given the option of:

If connected devices are in the same room with the router, pick the 5ghz option, otherwise, try the SparQfi network.

The main things we ask you to try if you are seeing slow speeds are:

Reboot the router. Turn it off, wait at least 5 minutes, and turn it back on again and let it run the algorithm, which usually takes several minutes until all the lights stop flashing.

If it still runs slow, do a full reset, which means powering off for at least 20 minutes to release the Virtual SIM card, and then turning back on. This allows the device to potentially switch to an entirely different tower or carrier.
