TO PAUSE A SUBSCRIPTION, PLEASE CALL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER.

Our Data Plans are PRE-PAID, so you will only be able to pause your subscription for the upcoming billing cycle. If you pause mid-billing cycle, your device will work for the entire month, and then pause on the next cycle. You can pause at any time, but just be aware that there are no pro-rated refunds.
