Please make sure you fill out your contact information, as well as the device SERIAL NUMBER.

Your M11 will have the SERIAL NUMBER located on the bottom of the black box it came in, as well as on the screen once you power it up, which is accessed by clicking side button twice (3rd display screen). The number is 14 digits! (In very small font…sorry).

We can not activate your device without the serial number.*
